🌿 Join us for Queer Courts Spring League! 6 weeks of fun and competitive play at Portland Tennis & Education.

SIGN-UP DEADLINE: March 14th at midnight
TIME: Sundays from 1-3 PM (guaranteed 1 hour of play)
START DATE: March 23rd, 2025 (NOTE: there will NOT be games on April 6th and May 4th
due to court unavailability)

PRICE:

• $120 per team (2 players)
• $60 free agent/individual

DIVISIONS
There will be a total of 24 teams; 2 divisions with 12 teams in each division

• Beginner/Lower Intermediate
  • Skill rating: 2.5-3.5
    • You can hit the ball back and forth a few times
    • You understand the basic rules
    • You can serve and return, but lack consistency and accuracy
    • You prefer fun/social games over structured competition
• Strong Intermediate/Advanced
  • Skill rating: 3.5+
    • You can hit consistent serves, returns, dinks with control and precision
    • You can have excellent court awareness and movement
    • You use lobs, speedups, and soft shots
    • You adapt and attack players’ weaknesses

HOW TO SIGN UP
Option A) Form your own team! Please indicate your team name/teammates names below, minimum of 2 people per team. Teams are responsible for finding their own subs. Assistance in finding subs can be provided.
Option B) Sign up as a free agent and you will be placed on a team.

Players should bring:

• Sweatshirt or jacket for when not playing (we'll be inside, but it can get chilly)
• Water bottle
• Pickleball paddle
